   Society wants the Govt to protect children. Why aren't parents protecting thier children? Every day. I see children playing in the streets, walking the streets, totally unattended. When something happens to them, then it is someone elses fault. 
The leading cause of death for children 16-21 years old is car accidents, caused by them. Should we ban them from driving? Statistics say yes! 

Society is being dictated by knee jerk reactions. Also by politicians who don't vote like their people want them to.
