Replacement front sight insert material?

   Mike, just a quick tip,You can also drill the hole all the way trough the front sight.(front to back)
Then slide a piece of rod in, and all you need to do is heat the front and back of the rod with a cigarette lighter from a short distance and the rod will "grow" a little. Just don't hold the flame against the fiber. 
That way it will never move again untill you cut them off.
Those rods are made to install that way.
