Everyone, I got more parts:
All part numbers from the back of the manual. These are not FACTORY parts, but I believe #30 and #49 to be sourced from the same manufacturer as original. Part #31 is simply a replacement I have found.
Part #30, Retaining Ring, Stainless. $17 for 10 shipped via first class mail in an envelope (no insurance).
Part #31, Safety Plate Spacer, Stainless. This is a replace for the really expensive safety plate spacer (like $30-40) that some people probably have lost because they reused a retaining ring and it came off. Factory Spacer measures 0.188 OD 0.015 Thick 0.130 ID (all in inches). This replacement measures 0.186 OD 0.015 Thick 0.129 ID. This is with cheap digital calipers. I installed it and it seems to work just fine. I did not shoot the gun, but everything works. The part may be off slightly due to manufacturing tolerences (I think +0.005 was listed for ID as tolerance from 0.125). I really think this part is practically identical given the tolerence. I believe this part will work just fine for us shooters. Here's the good news. $2 each! when shipped with #30 above. I bought a small quantity of these, so if demand is really high, I'll have to get my supplier to order more. I know I want to keep several for myself.
Part #49, Hammer Pin Retaining Ring, Stainless (really a small C-clip, not a ring like part #30). $1 each when shipped with #30 above. Limited supply of these, but you shouldn't need many as they are reusable.
As with any part, installation should be done by a qualified gunsmith and proper operation verified.
If you would like insurance, Please add $6 to the total as I have to use a larger envelope and actually go to the Post Office. Everyone so far hasn't had a problem with the 1st class mail, but eventually one will probably get lost and I'm not going to be responsible. This is cheapest way, and I really don't know how long I will keep this up.
Payment via United States Postal Service(USPS) Money Order or Wal-Mart Money Gram Money Order Only (I think Wal-Mart now charges a small fee, but they are open later for us working stiffs convience). jw4570$verizon.net
replace the "$" with "@" in my email (this it prevent spam from autobots). Thanks Jason |

Luc,
No problem.
I still have plenty of rings, clips, and spacers for now.

I notice there is a person on Gunbroker selling an "Emergency Parts Kit" that is comprised of 6 retaining rings, 2 safety plate spacers, and 2 Hammer C-clips for $20 plus $1 shipping. They are listed as New Old Stock.
While I can't claim New Old Stock, based on my prices above, I can offer the same mix of parts for $17 shipped in a First Class Envelope. So if anyone is interested in this "Mix Pack", I can do this for you.
Thanks,
Jason

I'm going to include 4 o-rings the appropriate size to go under grip screws with each "kit" or sale of 10 retaining rings. Limited time offer.
Some people like this as it helps make sure the grip is secure without the screw cracking it (though nothing will probably stop those hard TDE plastic grips from cracking).
