I'd like to buy a Pasadena .44 with 6.5 VR barrel.

I am kicking myself for missing the pistol Conny offered a few days ago!

Price is an issue - I'm not cheap, just not rich.

Thanks

Just to let you know, the Pasadena I sold sat in the "bad" styrofoam for a while. The right side of the pistol has discolorization and freckled pitting from the foam. Mechanically, it's excellent. I sold it cheap because of the flaws. For a better one, your going to pay more so don't think that your going to get a perfect one for the price I sold mine.

I missed a lot of deals on firearms because: I had to think about it, I had to ask momma, I have a commitment problem, etc........Now, when I see something I want for a good price, I do not hesitate to post, "I'll take it.".  When you snooze, you lose.

Good luck in your search.

I noticed the pits - not a problem for me if anyone reads this.  I want a shooter, so cosmetics are not a big concern.  Either way I expect to pay $1,500+ (I was really suprised by $1,350)

Thanks,

Well, I wanted it sold fast. However, I wouldn't sell my North Hollywood for twice that much. GunBroker has had a North Hollywood on auction for $2,275.00 for a month. Because I favor the North Hollywood, I would pay that much if every part and cosmetics were absolutely excellent.

Curious - why do you prefer the North Hollywood?  Do they have a reputation for better QC?
