Not Auto Mag related, but this site is pretty slow, so here's something slightly interesting if you like odd stuff.

I have to say, you're really making me want an AK. Wink

Tony,

I like those, not sure which one I'd like better.  You've done some interesting things over the years.

Wish I got you to build me a 357 AMP AR upper when you were doing those.

Jason, I had one and sold it to a member on here.  They might still have it if you are really interested.

Here's my original post regarding it.

If you were happy and you knew it, would you clap your hands?

Tony,

what did you have to do if anything, to get it to feed from the 20 rd mag?

The .410 mags are made for 3" shells, so the 444 Marlin is kinda short for it.
I use full length 444 cases and the Hornady FTX bullet which end up longer than Max spec length.....so they wouldn't work in a lever gun.  Other than that, there were no changes made to any of the magazines.  On the 375, those are almost too long for the .410 mag so I have to seat the bullets to very top edge of the cannelure.

This appeals to me, probably because I use the .444 Marlin case to load .410 ammo (typically slugs). I don't have a .410 Saiga but if I did....

I remember the .444 Saiga. I always thought that was a really nice build.
