I took the time to swap out the recoil springs in my pistol. The old springs after about four years of wear (1000+ rounds), were .5 inch shorter than the new ones. I don't know how much loss in power that translates to but I would recommend to everybody to change them more often than me.
I will change the firing pin spring after the next shooting session.
