If you have a big money gun to sell and are not a regular seller, I figure it is always best to consign it with a top seller or the way you did. I have seen the elite auctions but didn't know much about other than the 1st one I seen had the 10% premium and at first thought gb was starting to charge it but realized it was only on the elite. 

Beemer, When they started charging tax, I figured it just takes money out of the sellers pocket because it lowers my max bids. I figure all the tax and shipping plus transfer cost into what the max i am willing to pay. Tax on used guns gets under my skin but get same thing at pawn shop too..

The buyer's premium is something new and is outside of the regular fee usually only paid by the seller.

When you go to place a bid, you have to check a box confirming the premium before you can submit your bid.
