Thanks John,  From what I can tell this is one of the best looking Coonan's I have seen.  Not a mark on it??  Plus got some custom grips with it!!!

As long as you keep good full strength 22lb recoil spring and a good quality shock-buff ( I use Wilson shock-buff & Wolff 22lb "10mm Delta" spring). It should give you years of service.
Fun gun, Congrats!

Gun came in today, Looks awesome.  Not a mark on it.  Got a set of custom grips with it, plus some  Coonan Patches.  Will post some pictures of it as soon as I can find the digital camera!!!  Will try and shoot it Mon or Tue will give follow up after !Clap   As far as Coonan making them again I heard that production is supposed to begin sometime around June or July, But they say it will be in a different configuration???   Time will tell.

I had one for several years.  It had factory adjustable sights on it which you don't see very often as well as both 5" and 6" barrels.  Reliability was 100% but accuracy was rather poor.

I have owned one for over a year now, it really likes 158gr. .357 mag. rounds. .38 specials dont seem to feed well, but I have no issues with accuracy, seems to drive nails for me. Lots of flash and boom! Draws a crowd every time!

The Coonan is now back into production, not sure if they are better than the "old stock" but they sure look nice. I might break down and get one. Is this a "NEW"  or a "old stock" you got?
