When I first bought my 44 Auto Mag with extra 357 barrel some years ago, the seller also had a 41 Auto Mag barrel that I passed on because the seller didn’t offer the matching reloading dies. That’s been almost ten years and I’ve never seen a set for sale until now:
So if you have an orphan 41 barrel you’ve never been able to use for lack of dies, this is your chance!

RCBS also made a .41 Case Forming die set.
Jurras called it a .41JMP, but Harry called it a .41 AMP. Harry made 100 6.5-inch .41 JMP barrels for Lee's custom model 100's. They did not sell well and Lee didn't want the last, about 40, of the barrel's Harry had made. I would routinely ask Lee if the .41 seated on the mouth or the shoulder. He would ask what I thought. If I said mouth, he would say shoulder and vise-a-versa. I believe it should seat on both. ![]() Cheers......Bruce |
