I have a AMT Automag II .22 WMR Serial #: C01113 stamped above trigger on right side of gun. The pistol is in excellent condition with box and manual, no signs of use or wear on pistol.

My father passed away in July and I am trying to document his gun collection and create an insurance policy. I am trying to determine the manufacture date and value of this gun, can anyone please help me?

Thank you

Does it have box, hang tag, manual, excellent condition is opinion not a fact (unless it's new in box with tags still attached).
A few pics would really help us, we all LOVE pics!
Was it shot, how does the slide and breech look?  Any dings or rubs? How does the mag follower look, like a million rds gone through it or can't tell it was used. Condition of box, manual and tags. All this stuff matters for price.
With all that said the model goes around $600-$800, it all depends on these conditions and additional items.
Hope this helps.

It's been shot around 100 times, tags & manual in box.
Any idea of serial number based on serial number?
Sorry how do I post picture to this forum?

Go to "photos" on the home page, from there, go to "how to post pics" for info.

A lot of us have been trying to find serial number and date lists.  Unfortunately, there haven't been any lists posted (that I know of).
This might be your only source for what you are looking for regarding date of manufacture.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AMT_AutoMag_II
I have an H-prefix 6" barrel, and Z-prefix on a 6" barrel and 4.5" barrel.  No rhyme or reason that I have been able to figure.

If you track down some records please share.  We'd all like to see them.  Thumbs Up
If you were happy and you knew it, would you clap your hands?
