John,
I should take a pic, but I haven't put mine in. They look great. I need to call Road King and visit too, since he is only a stone's throw...... Worth the money. Every Penny.

I hate to ask this, but,... is this foam really the same type as the original? As in will it degrade from gun oil the way the original ones did, and possibly decay and affect the finish on the gun in the case? (only after some time I imagine, if at all) I haven't had that problem with my AMP as the previous owner separated the AMP from the original foam somehow before damaged occured, but I do have a Zero Haliburton case that had a similar open-cell kind of foam in it that also decayed over the years and lightly pitted the blueing on a S&W revolver of mine. I'd rather not repeat that experience. Just curious, as the design looks good otherwise. |
